A 24-hour notice is required to reschedule or cancel an appointment. This given us the opportunity to reallocate an appointment. Failure to give 24-hour notice or indeed not turning up at the allotted time, will result in a charge of the full appointment fee.

Please note that all online bookings and pre-payments for appointments are non-refundable. Appointments can be rescheduled with a 24-hour notice period. If you wish to cancel your appointment, your credit will be held on your account for any future appointments.
